We are here year round, 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm for all of your fish processing needs.
Here at Kachemak Bay Processing we excel in keeping your fish cold and fresh, and in customer satisfaction. We have a variety of cutting, packaging, and freezing options, so that you get your fish cut, packaged, and frozen the way you want it. We also have a large selection of insulated boxes to choose from that are all airline certified. That way it's easy and convenient to take your fish home with you. Don't have fish for us yet? Don't worry! Come on in and talk to us about the best options for fishing around town, or just come watch our cutters fillet, and feel free to ask them questions!
